Ideally suited for the haor region, this program addresses food insecurity by promoting climate-resilient agriculture. We train farmers on modern cultivation techniques, provide high-quality seeds, and support homestead gardening. The goal is to increase crop yields, diversify diets, and ensure that families have access to nutritious food throughout the year, even during the monsoon season.

In times of crisis, PADMA stands with the affected communities. This program ensures rapid response to natural disasters like floods and storms by providing emergency food, clean water, and shelter. Beyond immediate relief, we support long-term rehabilitation by helping families rebuild their homes, restore their livelihoods, and recover from the trauma of disaster.

Living in a disaster-prone area requires preparedness. Our Disaster Management Programme focuses on building community resilience. We form and train implementation committees, conduct risk assessments, and establish early warning systems. We also construct flood shelters and raised mounds to protect lives and assets during the flood season.

Access to safe water and sanitation is a fundamental human right. We install deep tube wells and sanitary latrines in hard-to-reach areas to prevent waterborne diseases.
