PADMA (Polly Advancement & Disaster Management Association) is a community-focused organization established to support vulnerable communities in disaster-prone and underserved areas of Bangladesh through inclusive development and disaster risk reduction. We believe in the power of community-led initiatives to bring about lasting change. Our work spans across education, healthcare, disaster resilience, and livelihood support, aiming to uplift the lives of those who need it most.
